Terms
|
Each account will receive up to ½ hour time slot per month to review or make changes to their account. Appointments are scheduled between 7 am – 6 pm PST. If the member is not available during their appointed ½ hour time slot they can reschedule. After the second rescheduled time slot then the member will have to make the review or updates the following month.
The allowed time must be used at once and can not be split between time slots. If the member uses less than a ½ hour of time for reviews or updates, the unused time will not be credited to the next month. Updates include the basic listing information. Photo editing or video editing are not included in the updated prices.
Changes submitted by e-mail will be updated within 2-4 business days. All changes will match changes submitted within the E-mail. We are not responsible for spelling or grammar corrections. Photo/video submitted in email request must match the correct photo/video requirements. For the latest photo/video requirements please review the terms and agreements.

Toolbar Information:
A toolbar is program that is installed on a users computer. Once it is installed it will display on the top of the users internet browser. The toolbar has a text box that allows the user to enter their keywords or phases. Once entered they have the option of searching on BlackXchange.net's search engine or Google. Along with the text box the toolbar has hot keys and drop down menus that allows the user to click and be directed to the site matching the toolbar links. Our tool bar covers the following categories: Marketing, Shopping, Music, Real Estate, Banking, Health, Events and Food. The toolbar is automatically updated every 24 hours on each users computer allowing room for changes or improvements. Toolbars are a great marketing tool because the users does not need to be on any site for it to show or work. The program is installed and shown on the users computer until uninstalled. Each user has the option to uninstall and reinstall the toolbar at anytime. The toolbar can only connect the user to the linked web sites when the user is connected to the internet. Business have the option of signing a three month, six month or 1 year contract. Any longer periods of time must be agreed upon in writing. All contracted toolbar accounts must have an active web site with the appropriate content matching the link categories. Toolbar rates are base on total download programs, total installed files, available slots and position demands. Rates start at $250 per slot.
