The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona (EFAZ) has been in existence since 1971. It is a 501 (c )(3) non-profit organization. It has many programs and services for people with epilepsy and their families, friends, caretakers, co-workers and employers.  These include:

• School programs
• Outreach programs
• Information and referral services
• Social and networking groups
• Camp Candlelight for children with epilepsy

EFAZ is currently located in St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. But we provide services to people throughout Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada.
