Denise's personal mantra is "no problems, only challenges because challenges can be overcome!" Her commitment to excellence is consistently shown through her work in the community. Whether conducting real estate workshops and seminars for potential homebuyers or helping to develop and produce a weekly radio program, Ms. McCoy is the true epitome of someone that knows how to get any job done.

Denise has proven herself to be a a different kind of agent by recently becoming 1 of 9 Certified Trainers in California for the National Association of REALTORS, Home from Work program. The program teaches REALTORS how to effectively promote workforce housing initiatives at the grassroots level and work with public and private sector employers to establish an employer assisted housing (EAH) benefit plan for their valued employees. The National Association of REALTORS has 1.3 million licensed REALTORS and is known throughout the world as the Voice for Real Estate.

Since High School, Denise has desired a career that would allow her to live her dreams, but also help make the dreams of others a reality. She is living that dream. Denise's passion for helping people is the lifeblood of her business.
